¶ 1 Jennifer Megan Mau was convicted of making a false claim for payment of a loss under a contract of insurance, in violation of RCW 48.30.230. She challenges the sufficiency of the evidence to support her conviction. RCW 48.30.230(1)(a) criminalizes false claims "for the payment of a loss under a contract of insurance."
