¶ 1 The juvenile court found W.S. guilty of domestic violence assault in the second degree of C.G. The "Order on Disposition" prohibits contact with C.G., and the court entered a "Domestic Violence No-Contact Order" (DVNCO) for the 10-year statutory maximum of the crime of assault in the second degree. W.S. concedes the juvenile court had the authority to enter the DVNCO under RCW 10.99.050 but contends the juvenile court did not have the authority...
