¶ 1 The Department of Corrections (DOC) petitions this court for review of Dominic Combs's drug offender sentencing alternative (DOSA) sentence, requesting this court to remand Combs's sentence for removal of time served credits. The DOC argues that the sentencing court lacked statutory authority to credit Combs for time served and, alternatively, that the credits granted were inconsistent with RCW 9.94A.171.
