¶ 1 Protect the Peninsula's Future, Clallam County Citizens for Safe Drinking Water, and Eloise Kailin (collectively, Kailin) filed a complaint for a search warrant under RCW 69.41.060, claiming that fluoride is a legend drug and that the city of Port Angeles and the city of Forks (collectively, the Cities) unlawfully added fluoride to their public drinking water systems.
