¶ 1 Stephen Blair Clark appeals his conviction of intimidating a witness, contending that the trial court erred in not giving his proposed definitional instruction of a "true threat."1 Because the trial court's instructions properly precluded the jury from convicting Clark based on constitutionally protected speech, we affirm.
