¶ 1 Marge Ganser-Heibel appeals summary dismissal of her negligence claim against Kennewick Public Hospital District (KPHD) and Chavallo Complex, LLC (Chavallo). She contends the Benton County Superior Court erred by deciding her action was time barred. We affirm.
