¶ 1 Nelson Hernandez, Enrique Rivera, and Jason Delacruz appeal from their convictions and sentences. We have consolidated Delacruz's personal restraint petition (PRP) with this appeal. We hold that (1) sufficient evidence supports the first degree burglary conviction; (2) convictions for both first degree burglary and residential burglary do not violate double jeopardy protections...
