Court of Appeals of Washington, Division 1.

December 24, 2012.

Attorney(s) appearing for the Case

Nielsen Broman Koch PLLC, Attorney at Law, Casey Grannis , Nielsen Broman & Koch PLLC, Seattle, WA, for Appellant.

Seth Aaron Fine , Attorney at Law, Mary Kathleen Webber , Snohomish County Prosecutors Office, Everett, WA, for Respondent.

PUBLISHED IN PART

ELLINGTON, J.P.T.

¶ 1 Terry Grant was convicted of first degree robbery and first degree kidnapping. Relying upon State v. Green1 and State v.
