¶ 1 Gary Lowe sued Carl Rowe, Jr., after Mr. Rowe asked law enforcement to serve a trespass notice on Mr. Lowe. The trial court on summary judgment dismissed the ensuing defamation action on the basis of Washington's anti-SLAPP1 statute, RCW 4.24.510.
