¶ 1 A jury found Alvin Witherspoon guilty of first degree burglary and second degree robbery while armed with a deadly weapon after Witherspoon broke into the home of Becky Pittario on November 12, 2009, stole some of her property, and had a brief encounter with Pittario before fleeing the scene. RCW 9A.56.210(1); RCW 9A.56.190; RCW 9A.52.025(1). The jury also found Witherspoon guilty of witness tampering based on a jailhouse phone conversation...
