He makes three challenges to the warrant used to seize crystal methamphetamine and a glass pipe found in his bedroom: (1) a nonexistent court issued the warrant; (2) the issuing judge and police did not follow the proper procedures for issuance, service, and return of a warrant; and (3) the warrant was overbroad.
