¶ 1 The Juvenile Justice Act (JJA) mandates the payment of restitution to anyone suffering loss or damage as a result of an offense committed by a juvenile.1 If a juvenile fails to comply with the terms of a deferred disposition, the court "shall enter an order of disposition."2
