¶ 1 Glen Sebastian Burns and Atif Ahmad Rafay appeal their convictions of three counts of aggravated murder in the first degree, based upon the murders of Rafay's parents and sister. They argue that a complex undercover operation conducted by the Royal Canadian Mounted Police (RCMP) coerced their confessions admitted at trial.
