¶ 1 Florencio Morales appeals his judgment and sentence, claiming that the court incorrectly calculated his offender score. Specifically, he argues that the trial court incorrectly calculated an offender score of 8 for his current conviction of felony driving under the influence (DUI). He maintains that his score should have been 4. We agree and reverse.
