¶ 1 Charles Rose sued his former employer, Anderson Hay and Grain Company (AHG), in the Kittitas County trial court for his alleged unlawful employment termination after a similar suit was dismissed in federal court for his failure to exhaust administrative remedies as set forth in 49 U.S.C. § 31105(b)(1).
