GROSSE, J.

¶ 1 One is entitled to victim's compensation for injuries sustained from a vehicular assault only if there is a conviction for that vehicular assault. The statute sets forth specific exceptions to the requirement of a conviction of vehicular assault, none of which apply to the circumstances here, where the vehicular assault charge was dismissed as a result of a plea agreement. Accordingly, we are constrained to affirm the trial court's ruling.
