¶ 1 In this case involving neighbors locked in a boundary line dispute, Malcolm Gander and Melanie Keenan1 appeal a trial court order denying their request for attorney fees. Karen Keefe and Elina Yeager cross-appeal an order denying CR 11 sanctions. We affirm.
