¶ 1 Crystal Lotus Enterprises Ltd. (Crystal Lotus) filed this suit against the cities of Shoreline and Lake Forest Park, contending that discharge from Shoreline's stormwater system causes marsh-like conditions on its property, rendering it unmarketable. The trial court granted summary judgment in favor of the cities, and we affirm.
