¶ 1 Doctor's Associates, Inc. (DAI) entered into three franchise agreements with Waqas Saleemi and Farooq Sharyar (Saleemi). Each agreement required the parties to arbitrate their disputes in Connecticut, under Connecticut substantive law, and included a damages-limitation provision.
