¶ 1 When, as here, the facts are undisputed that the defendant did not have a relationship with any of the victims involved in the crime, the defendant is not eligible for a special sex offender sentencing alternative (SSOSA) under the plain language of the statute that requires as a condition of eligibility the existence of a relationship with the victim. Accordingly, we reverse and remand for resentencing.
