¶ 1 Susan Lohr appeals the trial court's denial of her motion to suppress evidence discovered in her purse during the execution of a premises search warrant at a location she was only visiting. Lohr contends that the search violated both the Fourth Amendment1 and article I, section 7 of the Washington State Constitution because she was not named in the search warrant
