SCHINDLER, J.

¶ 1 Antonio Ramos appeals his conviction of unlawful delivery of cocaine. Ramos contends prosecutorial misconduct during cross examination and closing argument violated his constitutional right to a fair trial. Because there is a substantial likelihood that prosecutorial misconduct affected the jury's verdict, we reverse and remand for a new trial.
