¶ 1 Washington State University (WSU) terminated Cheryl Becker from the experimental psychology Ph.D. program. She sued WSU, Howard Grimes, Jeff Joireman, Craig Parks, and Paul Whitney (collectively WSU), claiming multiple contract, tort, and constitutional claims. The trial court summarily dismissed her claims.
