(Getty Seattle) appeals a tax assessment for business and occupation (B & O) taxes from January 1, 2002 through December 31, 2006 issued by the Director of the City of Seattle Department of Executive Administration, Division of Revenue and Consumer Affairs (Director). We affirm.
