¶ 1 Thomas Morgan appeals from his convictions for conspiracy to intimidate a witness and unlawful delivery of a controlled substance within 1,000 feet of a school bus route stop. Contrary to Morgan's contention, the information by which Morgan was charged sufficiently alleged the elements of the crime of conspiracy to intimidate a witness.
