¶ 1 This appeal follows a conviction for possession of a stolen car and suspension of a driver's license because the crime involved the use of that car. We conclude that the statute of limitations did not run on this offense, even though the defendant took possession of the car in 2004, because the defendant continued to possess the car up to the date he was charged with this crime.
