¶ 1 The trial court granted partial summary judgment in favor of the Marina Condominium Homeowners Association on its claim under the Washington Condominium Act, chapter 64.34 RCW, for construction defects in the condominium conversion. The trial court later granted a default judgment for the HOA's remaining claims, as a sanction against Stratford for discovery violations. The summary judgment motion alleged defects for which Stratford was not responsible...
