¶ 1 DMarcus Dewitt George appeals his jury conviction for second degree felony murder. He argues that we should reverse and remand for a new trial because the trial court committed the following errors: (1) failing to instruct on self-defense to permit the jury to consider whether his actions were based on a reasonable apprehension of great bodily harm and imminent threat; (2) excluding his testimony as speculative; (3) excluding his testimony as hearsay...
