¶ 1 Paul Statler appeals his convictions for first degree robbery, two counts of first degree assault and two counts of drive-by shooting stemming from an April 17, 2008 drug-buy incident, one in a series of Spokane Valley robberies around that date. A witness who admitted his participation in the April 17 incident provided evidence against Mr. Statler at trial.
