¶ 1 Derek E. Gronquist and Byron A. Mustard (collectively inmates) appeal from a trial court's orders granting the Department of Correction's (DOC) motion for summary judgment and dismissing their show cause motion. We hold that the DOC's Policy 280.510 (policy) does not violate the Public Records Act (PRA),1 separation of powers, or collateral estoppel.
