¶ 1 Jack T. Hyder appeals his convictions for second degree child molestation and second degree incest. He challenges the admission of his therapists' statements and the procedures used by the State to become aware of these statements. He also claims that the trial court improperly seated a juror and erred in imposing an exceptional sentence.
