¶ 1 A little after 7:30 p.m. on June 26, 2005, 17 year old Samson Berhe was walking down Southwest Marginal Way in Seattle, carrying a long gun case. He flagged down a car, put a shotgun in the window, and shot the driver, Michael Robb, in the face.
