¶ 1 At sentencing, an order was entered pursuant to an agreement between Steven Burns and the State establishing the amount of restitution for his charged crimes. Burns also agreed to pay restitution for certain uncharged crimes, but disputed the amount. The State agreed to schedule a hearing within 180 days of sentencing as required by statute, but failed to do so. Nonetheless, the court entered an order setting restitution for the uncharged crimes...
