¶ 1 Bruce Johnson worked as a tanker driver delivering fuel for Chevron U.S.A. Inc. He was injured on the job. He sued Chevron and his former supervisor, alleging discrimination on the basis of race and disability. The court summarily dismissed Johnson's claim for failure to accommodate, and a jury returned a defense verdict on his remaining claims. Johnson appeals the summary dismissal of his accommodation claim and asserts that instructional errors...
