¶ 1 Blake Young ran a red light at high speed and crashed into another vehicle killing two of the three teenagers in the second vehicle. The third teenager was seriously injured. A jury found Mr. Young guilty of two counts of second degree murder, one count of vehicular assault, and one count of second degree theft. On appeal, Mr. Young contends the trial court erred by deferring its decision on his motion for a change of venue, by admitting his statements...
