¶ 1 The court convicted Wilson of attempted rape of a child in the second degree. On appeal, Wilson argues his conviction must be reversed because the State had to charge him with the more specific crime of commercial sexual abuse of a minor in violation of RCW 9.68A.100(1) instead of charging him with attempted rape of a child in the second degree in violation of RCW 9A.44.076(1).
