¶ 1 Barbara Griffith appeals the trial court's construction of her parents' wills. She contends the trial court erred in determining that the wills unambiguously authorized her brother, the personal representative, to distribute to her and her sister interests as "tenants in common" in the family farms, rather than distributing each a portion of the family farmland in fee.
