¶ 1 We have consolidated these cases for purposes of this opinion since both appeals are based on the same facts and raise mostly the same assignments of error. RAP 3.3(b). A juvenile court commissioner concluded Joshua Brown was guilty of two counts of theft of a firearm, one count each of juvenile in possession of a firearm, possession of a firearm or other dangerous weapon on school facilities, and second degree vehicle prowling.
