¶ 1 Newlun pleaded guilty to a number of identity theft and forgery charges in King and Snohomish counties. Newlun contends in his personal restraint petition that his three convictions for identity theft violate double jeopardy.1 Because Newlun cannot demonstrate a double jeopardy violation on the face of the record at the time of his pleas, we deny the petition.
