¶ 1 The Washington State Bar Association Disciplinary Board (Board) unanimously recommended Richard Dale Shepard be suspended from the practice of law for two years after it found Shepard had committed four counts of attorney misconduct. The misconduct stemmed from Shepard's participation in a living trust scam targeted at seniors. Shepard argues that a two year suspension is too harsh and urges this court to adopt the hearing officer's recommendation...
