¶ 1 Steven A. Raleigh appeals a jury verdict finding him guilty of first degree unlawful possession of a firearm. We hold that the State proved he possessed a firearm as defined in former RCW 9.41.010(1) (2001) because (1) it was a gun in fact and could have been made operable, and (2) sufficient evidence supports his conviction because the State proved his possession of the firearm.
