¶ 1 Andre Toi Meneses appeals his numerous convictions for telephone harassment and witness intimidation. A jury convicted Meneses after he repeatedly phoned Jamila Willis to curse at her, threaten her, and otherwise intimidate her. Meneses argues that the trial court omitted an essential mens rea element in its instructions to the jury, that his convictions for both telephone harassment and intimidating a witness arising from the same phone call...
