¶ 1 Edvalds appeals his convictions for two counts of second degree burglary, one count of second degree theft, and one count of unlawful possession of a controlled substance. Edvalds alleges numerous instances of prosecutorial misconduct. He contends that he received ineffective assistance of counsel when counsel failed to request a mistrial after the prosecutorial misconduct occurred.
