¶ 1 Under former RCW 46.61.502(6)(2007), the crime of driving while under the influence (DUI) is elevated from a gross misdemeanor to a felony if "[t]he person has four or more prior offenses within ten years as defined in [former] RCW 46.61.5055."1 Eryn Kiku Chambers claims insufficient evidence supports her felony DUI conviction because the State did not prove beyond a reasonable doubt that her four prior DUI convictions...
