¶ 1 The existence of a no-contact order that is in effect is an element of the crime of felony violation of that order.1 A charge of violation of a no-contact order must be based on an "applicable" order.2 Because Michael Turner fails to show that the trial court abused its discretion in admitting into evidence the no-contact order that he challenges, we affirm his conviction...
