¶ 1 This case presents the question of whether an offer to settle "all claims" for $2,180.00, "[p]ursuant to RCW 4.84.250[.]280," included the plaintiff's claim for attorney fees. Clerk's Papers (CP) at 37. The Court of Appeals determined that the defendants' settlement offer, which was accepted by the plaintiff, did not include attorney fees.
