¶ 1 Maurico A. Larios-Lopez appeals his third degree assault jury conviction. He argues that (1) the State committed prosecutorial misconduct when its closing argument shifted the burden of proof and violated his right to due process and (2) his trial counsel provided ineffective assistance. We affirm.1
