She argues that (1) the officer's search of her vehicle incident to her arrest was unlawful under Arizona v. Gant, 556 U.S. ___, 129 S.Ct. 1710, 173 L.Ed.2d 485 (2009); (2) the search was unlawful because the State failed to show that she was in close physical proximity to the vehicle; and (3) defense counsel was ineffective...
