¶ 1 The State appeals the trial court's dismissal of its child molestation prosecution against James Martin Perrow based upon the State's violation of Mr. Perrow's attorney-client privilege. The trial court found a detective had wrongfully seized attorney-client writings while executing a search warrant, examined and copied the writings, and delivered the writings to the State's prosecution team before charges were filed.
