¶ 1 Appellant Christine Krenik, convicted on drug charges, contends she is entitled to dismissal on the basis of government misconduct because the prosecutor failed to disclose his knowledge that a federal agency was conducting camera surveillance of her residence. Because Krenik did not ask for a continuance to explore this new information when it was revealed at trial, she has not shown actual prejudice to her right to prepare her defense. Accordingly...
